Virtual Learning Experience

Virtual Work Experience

Our clients need a comprehensive, seamless service that simultaneously covers multiple countries so we draw upon our collaborative, collegiate culture to deliver clear, strategic advice with a single voice. At Freshfields you can expect to be included on multinational teams that include people from across our 28 offices and beyond.

We value diversity and meaningful connections to our many local communities. We try to embed our diversity and inclusion efforts across our everyday work.

Where needed, we complement our own lawyers’ comprehensive international experience with local advice from our StrongerTogether network. More than a third of our revenue comes from markets where we don’t have a permanent presence, so our partner firms provide local law expertise. We augment this with our global experience to give our clients joined-up, strategic advice.

Our non-exclusive arrangements with more than 300 firms across the world give us the flexibility to build a team around every client’s specific needs. Our StrongerTogether relationships are managed by more than 100 Freshfields ‘country partners’ who know the countries intimately (but you could be dealing directly with one of our partner firms, even as a trainee). We regularly train with StrongerTogether firms and we second lawyers to and from Freshfields, helping us to build deeper cross-team connections.
